Most Chiropractors who are not members of ChiroTrust are failing.
Not all, but most.
It’s unfortunate and totally treatable and preventable.
All they have to do is think like a business person some of the time and not like a Chiropractor all of the time.
Chiropractors are product driven.
Successful business people are market driven.
See, selling what you do requires a totally different set of thinking and actions than doing what you do.
Successful business people see ChiroTrust as a bargain… as a way to create massive leverage and time compression. They gladly spend money to make money.
Most Chiropractors think not spending money is how you make more of it.
They think that they should be able to make an extra $10,000 or more per month without an increase in expenses.
But the opposite is true.
Money is how you buy time. You can never compete with the speed that money creates.
To make an extra $10,000 a month, you will have to ratchet your overhead up over time by additional $3,000 +/-.
Not all at once…
Maybe spend $500 more this month, $750 next month or two, then $1,000…and so on.
Then before you know it, you are collecting $10,000 more each month.
That’s how business people think, act, and get exactly what they want.
Yet, most Chiropractors would rather extract money out of their practice than re-invest into it.
They’d rather work Fridays and Saturdays than think accurately about time and money.
They’d rather worry about what to do rather than do what it takes.
It never hurts to think like a business person.
