Family and friends are an important part of my life. They’re the fertile ground that I need to feel grounded, happy, and loved.
But one thing that I didn’t learn from them is confidence.
Confidence is one of those things that you either are born with or you one day decide to just take on.
No one is going to give or award you with it.
Confidence doesn’t cost money.
It’s available to anyone willing to adopt a new story about themselves.
It’s a decision.
You don’t even need to be worthy of it.
All it takes is the realization of its worth and your worth.
Confidence isn’t everything but it’s impossible to succeed in practice and in life without it.
So if you don’t have it, act as if you did.
How would you look?
How would you walk?
How would you make decisions?
Who would you be willing and able to confront?
What type of thoughts would you let in and kick out of your mind?
So if you want to be confident, be confident.
It is really that simple.
…Then watch the universe rearrange itself around you and your newly found success.
