Let’s face the facts…
Compared to maintaining a long-term profitable practice…
Going to Chiropractic School, getting through the boards, and opening an office is a breeze.
And it certainly takes more than attracting new patients to succeed over the long haul.
So when I hear any doc say that all he or she just needs are “more new patients”, I shake my head.
Does every practice need new patients?
Sure.
But if you are struggling…
If you are just getting by…
Or if you are collecting a lot of money but have expenses well over 60%…
Then, you have more than a new patient problem.
These are just symptoms that simply doing more spinal screenings, hiring an associate, learning how to run Facebook ads, or making videos just won’t fix.
Not even close.
You need an outsider, like me, to identify what is really going on.
You can’t do it on your own.
The thinking that created your current practice won’t get you where you want to go. It will only keep you where you are at.
That’s why I created The Committee: to look at your practice as a real business.
