Chiropractors hate seeing patients’ names on appointment books fade away.

But, without a doubt, clutching on to every new patient for as long as possible has hurt this profession.

If you want MORE patients “on the books”, then you should be happy to let patients go while they are still happy with coming in…especially since you already know that one of the top complaints that patients have about Chiropractors is that they want you to “come in forever.”

So, why not do the opposite?

Why not let them go before they quit?

I know why most Chiropractors don’t; it’s because their stats WILL go down if they do.
