There’s nothing more attractive than being interested in what others have to say…EVEN IF it is of no interest to you—especially as it relates to your patients.
Everybody wants to be heard and understood.
So try it today “on” your patients AND staff!

Do less talking and more listening and if you do feel the urge to speak, compliments and asking questions go a long way.
Volunteering information is not as valued as responding to questions, requests, and just plain listening.
Listening rarely creates resistance or misunderstanding.
