It’s not a secret…
I’m not a big fan of Social Media.
- even YouTube
Certainly it has its place but Social Media alone cannot build a business—especially a Chiropractic practice.
You first need to have ALL your ducks in a row:
- The right product/experience
- The right market
- The right positioning/trust established
- The right message and relevance
THIS IS HOW YOU MARKET A BUSINESS IN AN ELEGANT AND PRACTICALLY INVISIBLE FASHION.
Do all this right, and watch your practice grow properly and at an appropriate rate. That is how I can run MY business with virtually no Social Media and how most of my ChiroTrust members do the same.
If you do any or all of this wrong, then in the best case, you’ll be inefficient. In the worst case, growth will be impossible.
To be dependent on “SOCIAL MEDIA” is just plain stupid. Those who are overly dependent on social media don’t enjoy much in terms of retention, referrals, and returning visits—all of which are important for building and maintaining a low-stress, low-hassle, and low-overhead practice.
Social Media marketing or anything that takes your attention away from the fundamentals can, often times, cause more harm than good.
Remember, you don’t have a new patient problem. You never have and never will.
There’s a lot more to it than that.
Get and keep all those ducks in a row, live within your means, and then and only then, can you patiently build a business that can last you a lifetime—a business that is not at the mercy of technology or in or outgoing social media platforms.
Choose to be and stay in control!
