If you could earn a good living virtually free of stress with every Friday-Sunday off and with the least amount of staff and overhead, would you?

Most D.C.s would say, “Absolutely.”

Well then, consider what I call “Multiplication through Subtraction”…creating growth through simplicity and elegance.

This means selling less stuff.

Eliminating and reducing moving parts.

Being more narrowly focused as to who your market is and what the solution is.

Change is painful. I get it.

But what’s worse…

Short-term pain for long-term gain or the comfort and free time that comes with just getting by?

Most docs add products and services for the wrong reasons. They do it because they think it will increase revenue.

Maybe it will, maybe it won’t. But it definitely isn’t the way to increased profit and peace of mind.

The ego gets docs in trouble too. They like big offices, a lot of staff, and a lot of activity and motion. It looks cool and others may think you are roll’n. But is it really worth it?
