No C.A.?

No big deal.

To be honest, if I were practicing, knowing what I know now about happiness and the value of time, I’d practice without a C.A.

I wouldn’t have 3 years ago but…

I’ve read A LOT of books since then.

I’m a changed man. 🙂

Money isn’t as important as it once was.

Freedom is more important to me now.

As it relates to virtually everything, less is more.

Does that mean that you shouldn’t have a C.A. or fire the one that you currently have?

Probably not.

Just don’t use “not having one” as an excuse or having one as an excuse either! Success is primarily a byproduct of proper positioning: message-to-market match, being a great person and chiro., and taking full advantage of what ChiroTrust creates and does for you.

But if you currently do not have a C.A., here are some things to consider:

  1. If you are a guy, it would be smart to only target and work on men. Having female patients in your office without female staff is risky.
  2. Outsource your billing.
  3. Small office. Under 1,000 sq. feet.
  4. No modalities
  5. No visit by visit, on the spot, money transactions. Have credit card on file and written permission to charge their card. Think Uber.
  6. Open maybe 6- 9 am and 5-8pm, mon.-thur.
  7. Manly looking office. Think “man cave”.

Okay, that’s just me and obviously, if you are female, do the opposite.
