Wanna know how I get so much done?

It’s pretty simple.

I stay in momentum.

I never wake up wondering…

  • What I’m going to do today,
  • Where me and my business is headed,
  • Or how I’m going to get there.

This is how I stay in a constant state of momentum.

This is how I create and maintain momentum.

It’s all a byproduct of thinking, planning, managing time, managing people, and above all else, managing myself.

I know my natural tendencies—both the good and not so good ones.

And rather than expect to change them, I make all of them work in my favor.

So if you and/or your practice is coasting or stalling, just know that you need to step back, relax, do a little exercise each day, eat clean, get enough rest, spend some time outdoors, spend some time alone with a NOTEPAD…AND THINK, PLAN, AND MANAGE.

Then, just get lost in the doing and the getting of things done.

That my friend, is momentum.
