You care about people.
You have some raving fan patients.
You love Chiropractic and are good at what you do.
BUT…
How’s your reputation?
How would you know?
What do you do to improve, manage, and market it?
Some things to think about…
1. Your practice – Can you describe your practice in just one sentence and would it match what 10 randomly chosen past patients would say if they were asked? If not, neither you nor they know your practice well enough, or it’s impossible to describe because of its diluted and always changing nature.
2. You as a person – This has nothing to do with Chiropractic. Would those same 10 past patients agree that you are honest, not greedy, and truly care?
3. Your delivery – Is it well defined, reliable, and above all else, desirable?
4. Your communication – Is it valuable and consistent? Or do you and/or your staff only care when people give you money or owe you money?
5. Your marketing – Is it so valuable that the “selling” is virtually invisible?…Or is it blatantly solicitory?
EVERYTHING ABOVE DOESN’T REQUIRE “FACEBOOK”, “SPINAL SCREENINGS”, “PATIENT APPRECIATION DAYS”, “LIVING SOCIAL”, “GROUPON”, “FREE EXAMS”, “ADVERTISING”, “PROMOTIONS”, ETC..
ChiroTrust improves, manages, and markets your reputation so that you can focus on YOU.
…we’ll handle the rest.
