4:50 am
I get an email from my right hand man, Larry Froncek.
Larry’s in Florida visiting family, I’m in California asleep.
How do I know that his email came in?
My iPad and my android phone sends me alerts via a vibration notification connected to my wrist 24-7. (Samsung Gear Fit 2, http://www.samsung.com/us/explore/gear-fit2/ )
So what do I do?
I get my butt out of bed at 4:50 and start writing today’s “Time to Think”.. (This email)
Why?
…Because I promised him I would and to be totally honest, I forgot to.
So here I am right now, writing this email.
That’s what hustling is to me.
Making things right.
Getting things done.
It’s also why I get to the coffee shop at 6 am and put in 2 hours before most not only get to work, but get to working.
….and I’m at the coffee shop 7 days a week.
Thinking.
Note taking.
Planning
Executing.
Don’t believe me? Here’s the address:
Wherever I’m at, I’m thinking.
Wherever I’m at, I’m note taking ( Field Notes, https://www.domesticdomestic.com/products/field-notes-ruled-memo-books-ruled-ruled. )
Wherever I’m at, I’m planning.
…and wherever I’m at, I’m executing.
And with ChiroTrust,
And with “The Vault”,
And with outsourcing and delegating,
So can and should you.
My days start early.
My days are long.
But I’m in bed by 8:30 pm.
7 days a week.
Naps?
You betcha.
3 pm.
7 days a week.
Habits.
Rituals.
Honoring your word.
Making things right.
Getting things done.
That’s how you hustle.
It’s now 5:18 am.
Going to email this to Larry. When he sends it to you is up to him.
Time for a shower, my VSL 3 Probiotic, ( http://vsl3.com/ )
Won’t eat ‘til 1 pm.
My clothes for today were picked out last night.
Coffee shop by 6.
See you there?
Make it a great day.
