The first step is to eliminate distraction and establish productive triggers and habits.
That is why working ON your practice shouldn’t be done IN your practice…or at home for that matter.
Thinking, prioritizing, and planning can be done the night before at home but the actual WORK shouldn’t.
My “ON” work takes place every Mon-Thur, 7 – 9 am at Pete’s Coffee in downtown Danville.
So if you want to increase your productivity and feel a lot calmer, do something similar.
