Do You Make “Time To Think?”

D

Through our in-office, online, and offline marketing and communication systems, ChiroTrust touches hundreds of thousands of people each and every day.

Its proprietary systems and our team were first created and/or attracted through my thoughts—a byproduct of tens of thousands of hours of thinking.

Thinking is the most productive thing that you can do.

Do you make time to think?

I think you should and here’s what I recommend:

30 minutes at night, preferably alone right before you go to sleep.

  • Plan the following day.
  • Schedule in the what’s and the when’s.

30 minutes in the morning, preferably somewhere between home and office but not while driving.

  • Review your daily “to-do’s”.
  • Imagine how you will feel when you get those few important things done.

This week’s emails are really about productivity, leverage, and getting the most out of you.

Time isn’t money.

Time is thinking.

Thinking is money.
