Ben Altadonna Daily Chiropractic Marketing Tips
I don’t know about you, but I love simplicity. That’s why before I do anything, I ask myself…
A. Can it be eliminated?
B. Is there a better way?
C. Can it be done for me?
As a result of this type of thinking, PBA (and now ChiroTrust) was created. Now most of my time is spent taking care of my members (manual labor) and creating work for others (no labor).
It’s not too different from your practice; you need to take care of your patients and you too must create work for others so that you can leverage your resources. You can’t do it alone and neither can I. There’s just not enough hours in the day.
Done right, at times you will say to yourself, “Now what?”
…and that’s not a bad place to be.
Actually, you know you’ve “arrived” when your chiropractic marketing is automated, your business is steady, meeting your needs, and other than your daily productive rituals, you have nothing else left to do. Your mind is calm and you are often in a space between doing and thinking.
That’s being in the zone and when you get there, you will feel as if you are coasting. It’s a feeling of effortlessness.
If and when you get there, embrace it because it’s a byproduct of many years of hard work, accurate thinking, and effective delegation.
