Today’s Ben Altadonna Daily Marketing Tip is about: Chiropractic Marketing Plans
It’s not a surprise but a joy every time a member tells my staff or me how well things are going for them.
These doctors typically are the ones who, to some degree, already “get it”. They don’t offer long term care or hard sell maintenance plans. They have a level of confidence and competence that creates satisfied patients. They are accurate thinkers, excellent time managers, and are goal/accomplishment oriented.
Each month, they keep track of their income and expenses; both in the practice and in the home.
Most importantly, they don’t dwell in the past or the future.
So, how do you maximize the effectiveness of your chiropractic marketing?
First and foremost, implement. You cant just make Chiropractic Marketing Plans. You have to IMPLEMENT them.
Success in practice is a result of focusing every single day on the fundamentals like list building, constant communication, quality experience and quality care.
Have realistic goals: If you do the right things over time (because they make sense and are the right things to do), you will be rewarded. The reward always comes last.
Stay honest with yourself. Seriously, you know when you are in the zone or when you let fear and/or laziness take over your days. Find ways to stay in the game. I found that I get more out of each day when I do things in a sequence that works best for me. For example, I prefer supporting members in the morning when my mind is fresh and then working ON my business the remainder of the day. I also do best when I take a 15-30 minute rest in the afternoon and I workout after dinner.
Manage distractions, especially how other D.C.s are doing or say that they are doing. Keep your world small: Your family, friends, and patients.
The grass is never greener. Successful people don’t succeed because of what “business” they are in. They succeed because they understand themselves, they understand human nature, and they addicted to getting things done. The execute their Chiropractic Marketing Plans.
Lastly, be careful what you think about, the stories you’ve created to justify your situation, your attitudes, opinions and views; they can be very limiting and blind you to the opportunities that surround you each and every day. Thoughts become molecules. Do not BRAINWASH yourself. Focus, be positive, and hang around like-minded people.
