If you’ve been in Chiropractic for five years or more, then you’ve seen some D.C.s, Chiropractic “Gurus”, Experts, and Vendors come and go.
Even some Chiropractic Colleges are hanging on by a thread.
…and there’s a reason for it.
They lack or lacked “P.M.I.”
P.M.I. stands for Product, Marketing, and Integrity.
These days, you can’t survive (for long) without all three.
So if you want to increase your chances for long-term Chiropractic success, then take a look at your own P.M.I.
Do you have the right product? Something people already want, already understand, and already agree with? Or are you still offering what you think increases your bottom line or what gets you excited?
In the end, it is not about you or Chiropractic. It’s about what the market wants, pure and simple.
How about your marketing? Are you marketing 24-7 or still relying only on “results”, “patient appreciation days”, “free exams”, or worse, relying on your front desk to make some calls to “get ’em in”! These days, your marketing must be offline, online, and on point. “New Patient Specials” don’t cut it, neither do “Groupon” or “Living Social” deals.
You need a ton of content, automation, and the right social proof.
…and then there is “Integrity”. Integrity comes in many forms. It’s all about wholeness. It’s the ability to fully function with no weak links. It’s a long history of reliability, consistency, and class. Integrity takes maturity, patience, continuous self-reflection, and work.
So, if you joined ChiroTrust to change your practice overnight, know this…
Success is a never ending process.
Start today. Work hard and don’t waste time. You know if you are really working or not.
You can do better.
You can do more each day.
You can change.
Embrace the challenge. Because if you do, you’ll have little to no competition.
