  • Paperwork?
  • Patient flow management?
  • Habitual worry?
  • Shiny object disease?


I’ll be totally honest… My weak link in my business is not wanting to bring on more employees.

Between now and the new year, be brutally honest with yourself and determine what you think YOUR weak link is.

Maybe it’s one of the links listed above, maybe it’s not.

But you do have one.

Don’t ignore it, identify it.

How do you figure out what it is?

It’s whatever causes the most anxiety for you.

Up ‘til now, the way you’ve probably decreased or eliminated the anxiety is by totally ignoring it.

That’s a deadly strategy.

Then, during the coming New Year, consider spending 15 minutes a day giving it some attention and focus.

That’s what I’m planning to do.

Our weak link is holding us back.
