“Any suggestions regarding patients who quit care?”

There’s a saying in marketing and it goes something like this…

“A buyer’s a buyer’s a buyer.”

What that means is that buyers buy. It’s what they do.

It goes for consumers, chiropractors, patients… everyone.

If they own a boat, they probably own other toys.

If they go to one seminar, they probably will go to another.

If they’ve tried Chiropractic, they’ve probably tried other options as well and will probably do so again.

Buyers buy. It’s what “buyers” do.

Same goes with quitters.

Quitters quit.

It’s what they do.

But why do quitters quit?

My guess is that they grew up with a quitter or their parents let them quit at a very young age.

Some Chiropractors are quitters.

Some patients are quitters.

Quitters quit.

As long as you are doing EVERYTHING that you can to offer the right product to the right market with the right marketing (you probably are not), then there is nothing else you or I can do about it.

Let them quit.

All we can do is not be or become one ourselves because I’m convinced that the only way for your wins to more than make up for your losses is through commitment and hard work. Not by quitting.
