There are many ways to run, position, and promote a business but the least effective ways project some or all of these characteristics…

  • All or nothing.
  • Black or white.
  • In or out.

Business/practice owners who see themselves, their staff, their customers, their market, or the world this way or who operate in this fashion struggle, stagnate, or consistently put up with resistance.

In Chiropractic, I see it all the time.

Not enough flexibility.

Patients forced to conform.

For example, the typical “Report of Findings”….

Here’s what you think is the problem.
Here’s what the real problem is.
Here’s what you want to happen.
Here’s what has to happen.

Newsflash…

The market calls the shots.

You may have the first word but the market has the final word.

Rigidity ruins practices.
