Maybe that is why I’ve always been extremely punctual, a lover of vintage watches, and a long-time practitioner and proponent of thinking, elimination, automation, and leverage.
Life is short and although it is a bit shorter for others, it is short nevertheless.
So I’m dying soon…and so are you.
We both will be dead soon.
I’m not saying this to be happy or sad but to be real.
That’s why whether you work a lot or not, who cares? It’s not some kind of contest.
Do you really want to keep working 40-60 hours a week so that you can retire at 65 and ride on cruise ships? It makes no sense—ESPECIALLY since you can create systems to enable you to either work less or not at all.
If a monkey, a donkey, a human, a robot, or a system can replace you, then it is not worth your time. It’s time to think instead.
Anytime we do less and think more, society wins.
So, spend as little time as you can doing monkey work and as much time as possible thinking and asking the right questions.
Sorry but the world is BETTER, not worse, now that the vast majority of Americans are no longer farmers.
The world is better because “BUTTONS” replaced elevator operators.
Automation leads to higher thinking.
So really think about what occupies your time and your thoughts.
You can retire or semi-retire now if you want.
Not sure how? Well, how much time have you spent asking the right questions and really thinking about it?
My guess is not a lot.
It’s not your fault. We have all been programmed to believe how things are—not only in Chiropractic, but in life—and most of it is total nonsense.
ChiroTrust frees up a lot of time for D.C.s. Many are now working part-time and making the same or more as before.
What are they doing with this free time?
Who cares? It’s their life, not yours.
Life is not a contest.
What do YOU want to do?
Do that.
