People love explanations, reasons, and making meanings out of things.
It’s how they try to make sense out of themselves and the world.
…To a point where we often feel the need to respond to others with why we think what we think, do what we do, and prefer what we prefer.
But this self-induced obligation to respond kills our confidence.
You don’t need to explain.
You don’t need a reason.
You don’t need to enable others’ wonders and insecurities.
See, most people question themselves. That’s why they are always questioning others.
That is why they live in a circle of skepticism.
That is why they have a difficult time “pulling the trigger” in life.
In a round about or direct way, “Because” is all you need to say.
…Not because you are trying to be elusive…but because you are training YOURSELF to go with your gut, be decisive, and take massive action.
To be a doer.
To be different.
To be a leader.
Let everybody else continue to wonder about themselves and others.
But don’t you do it.
