Nobody likes to talk about this…
“Busy”
Too many things to do, not enough time to do them.
For some reason, addressing “busy” makes Chiropractors uncomfortable. To them, it’s like looking at their “Profit and Loss” or “Credit Card” statement each month. It’s too real. Too uncomfortable. Maybe too painful.
“Busy” is bad. Real bad.
“Busy” is a sign that you are doing things that should either be eliminated, automated, delegated, or outsourced.
But do you know WHY Chiropractors have a tendency to not let these things go?…
It’s simple. It is because letting these things go requires them to figure out what they would do with ALL that free time—which is a WAY more valuable exercise than continuing to do these things yourself.
Too many Chiropractors think that “busy” is more productive (and less painful) than thinking, doing something else, or yes, doing nothing at all.
Why not eliminate, automate, delegate, or outsource everything that does not require a license to do them and use that extra time to work ON, not IN, your practice?
Kind of makes the goal of taking every Friday through Sunday off child’s play, doesn’t it?
You are in the businesses of providing a service.
You are in the business of making money.
You are in the business of making life better for you and your family.
Your business—your practice—should set you free, not lock you up.
My “business”, ChiroTrust, not only provides service, money, and freedom for me but it provides the same for my team, my clients, and if you think about it, even their patients.
If you view yourself, your staff, your patients, and ChiroTrust just a little differently, you will see that if any one thing is holding you back, it is your belief that busy is good.
The good news is that, if you want, you can have complete control of your thoughts and actions and things can change rather rapidly…
If you do.
