Would you agree that there are things we know that work, things we hope will work, and things we continue doing that we’re just not sure about?
- Well, when it comes to practice building, here’s what works…
- Building your sphere of influence
- Communicating to the right people, with the right message, at the right time
- Happy patients (Customers)
Here’s what we hope will work…
- Campaigns/Ads/Offers
- Results leading to Referrals
- Providing value that creates patients/customers for life
And here’s things that we all do that we are just not sure about…
- Teaching principles
- Providing unsolicited advice
- Adding products and/or services to our business model
My advice?
Do More… of what works and just forget everything else.
Doing more of what works can keep you plenty busy with thinking, planning, executing, managing, etc…and if done right, creates massive leverage, influence, and customer value.
Finally, notice that I said “Happy” patients/customers.
You are in the happiness business, not the pain relief business. Sure, relieving pain is part of it, but it’s just a small part.
Humans like interacting.
The need connection.
They want to be accepted and understood.
