In this week’s emails, I’ve shared with you a few lessons I’ve picked up from individuals who have either unstuck past limiting beliefs about myself and/or Chiropractic and/or have directly added value to me and/or ChiroTrust.
Wow that was a mouthful.
I never claim to be that articulate!
These are lessons that continue to serve me well.
…and like I’ve said before, I’m not afraid to give credit where credit is due.
Actually, I truly believe that the appreciation that I’ve directly shown these individuals, combined with my consistent public attitude of gratitude, have attracted good luck, opportunities, and ultimately, “success” for me.
Ignoring sources of good creates the opposite effect.
Don’t buy it?
Try it!
Notice how it will make you feel.
Watch what happens.
So today, if you would be so kind, If you’ve learned anything from me, I’d love to hear about it.
Just email to AltaComInc@gmail.com and put “Ben” in the subject line.
And one other thing, this week I received a small spike in whining and unreasonable member requests.
Not a lot. I think 3 actually.
And although they would make you shake your head and possibly even laugh, I will not reveal the details.
But I will say this…
- Extremely petty
- A sign of a LACK of appreciation
- Not a good move.
In business, I DO keep score.
The “love” IS conditional.
It has to be.
It takes many, many years to earn the trust of others.
…and it takes reliability and a consistency of good character.
I won’t say decades but to be honest, there’s a voice in my head that is telling me “decades”.
…and I think it’s right.
So if you think that giving patients what they want in a reasonable amount of time and expense should be enough to build your practice, you’re mistaken.
You need to show that you care and strategically pick your battles…’cause in the long run, you won’t win.
You need to add value.
…and you need to consistently communicate to them.
Over and over and over and OVER again.
