“I gotta go to work.”
“I’m busy working.”
“I can’t, I’m working.”
“What time do you get off work?”
“What do you do for work?”
…Questions and statements about work. They are endless and are subjective in their meanings.
…But I contend that entrepreneurs and true business people have a different, unique, and more agreeable definition of and relationship with what most people call, “work.”
So, what does work look like to you?
Here’s what it looks like to me and it should look like to you…
Work is a never ending process of adding, removing, and improving.
Work is thinking more than doing. It’s a mental game.
Work is creating value for others while creating freedom for ourselves.
Work isn’t static.
Work isn’t a burden.
Work is a what we make it and virtually everything that we do should be viewed as unnecessary…until proven otherwise. Then, if possible, it should either be outsourced or delegated.
Certainly you can view your work based on Chiropractic norms, which is what the majority think and what the majority do…
- How they position themselves.
- How they position their practices.
- How they attract patients.
- How they “close” patients.
- How they “manage” patients.
- How they relate to their practices.
I just don’t recommend it.
