For me, my mood is everything.
It doesn’t matter what I know, what I have, or what I want… if I’m not in the right state of mind, I become blind.
Blind to the big picture.
Blind to business.
Blind to solutions.
Blind to the right questions.
Blind to life.
So if you want to get or stay “in the zone”, remember this…
You probably already know what you are doing right and wrong.
…and you probably already know what you should be doing but aren’t.
But if you really want to play at a higher level, you must keep your wits about you…
- What really matters,
- What you will and won’t do,
- And all for the right reasons.
How do you know if you got it down?
By how you usually feel.
You should usually feel calm, relaxed, and happy.
Almost always in a great mood.
If not, get this stuff right first and the right mood will come.
Your practice will grow with ease.
You start with taking every Fri.-Sun. off,
Treating patients the way they want to be treated,
And being good to yourself—enjoying the process,
enjoying life, and enjoying it now.
