Like it or not, you are your business’ product.
“Chiropractic” is not.
Even if you don’t render care some or all of the time, your management style, your systems, your policies, and your procedures are all a reflection of who you are.
…Either intentionally or by default.
That is why you must constantly invest in what you should have the most control over: yourself.
I am convinced that I have spent more money on me than anyone in else in Chiropractic has on themselves. For sure.
You must always question your thinking.
You must always test new habits.
You must always grow and be in momentum.
And that’s what investing in yourself will do for you.
Stagnation, over thinking, and not making a lot of decisions quickly leads to frustration and it kills momentum.
The solution?
Increase, nurture, and protect YOUR CONFIDENCE.
The problem is, most people around your practice and your life are not like you. They really don’t understand you that well.
…and they sure as heck don’t wake up each day wondering how to make your life any easier, your practice more successful, or your desires to become reality.
They don’t increase your confidence.
If anything, to feel better about themselves, they consciously or sub-consciously attempt to decrease it.
The more you invest in yourself, the more your “self”-image and self awareness expands.
The less affected you are by others.
So my question for you is this…
Do you want to continue to feel right about what you do and your story about yourself and others regardless of the outcome or are you willing to continue to invest in and challenge yourself?
See, there is comfort in doing nothing.
You already know how to “do you” and what it has already created in your life.
If you are satisfied with that, then congratulations. Seriously. You are already winning.
But if you are not,
Invest in yourself!!!
