“I’m a new member. What should I do first?”
Have you read the pocket planner?
“I’m not sure”
It’s that small folded multi-color enclosed mini-poster that we mailed you the month that you signed up.
“Oh, that. No, I have not.”
Maybe you should.
“Maybe I will.”
That’s a real conversation that I had recently.
Building a practice is easy if you do everything that you need to do.
Because everything that you need to do IS easy.
Chiropractic is one of the easiest and most profitable businesses out there.
The fact that most Chiropractors in Chiropractic fail miserably is because instead of focusing on getting things done each day, they focus on what they don’t have. They focus on the past and they worry about the future.
So if you are a new member and are struggling, “Maybe” you too should review the pocket planner and start taking some action.
There is no secret strategy or gimmick to success.
It’s being the right person and doing the right things…over and over and over again.
And just because a Chiropractor can fail overnight, doesn’t mean that it’s possible to succeed overnight.
My “success” is a byproduct of strikeouts and base hits.
Not “walks” or home runs.
