Ben Altadonna: What Chiropractors Can Learn From Themselves
I don’t know about you, but looking back at my life, the majority of my substantial growth, satisfaction, and fulfillment (both personally and professionally) came out of hard work, pain, and the overcoming of unexpected circumstances and obstacles.
The reality is that it often takes many weeks, months, or years before we can look a back and say, “That was a blessing, not a curse.”
So, whatever you may or may not be going through now, it’s best not to put a label on it just yet (like good, bad, crisis, opportunity, etc.) because it will take you a while to figure it all out.
I bet if you took time to go think back maybe 1,3,5, even 10 years and recall any situations that you went through and compare how you view them now in comparison to then, you’ll agree that many of the decisions that you made, paths that you took, and things that you enjoy now are byproducts of what you may have once considered “bad times.”
When you put your practice and your life in that perspective, you’ll possess the right temperament and outlook to respond and get the most out of each and every day.
